I have found these chukka boots to be excellent in every way but one. They are quite comfortable right out of the box. The size runs a little large, I had to go to a half size smaller than I usually wear, and this size has plenty of room. I might have gone a full size smaller but didn't want to chance them being too small. The are very quiet, making almost no sound on wood or concrete floors. The soles seem to have a good grip without being so aggressive as to pick up small pebbles like some boots do.

This boot is very comfortable to wear. Order your regular shoe size.

Very comfortable for walking all day, went on a several city tours and did a lot of walking. Nice looking boot and very well made
